Only 16 spots available!! We have the pleasure of hosting Chef Michael Brennan and Chef Chris Jess to lead this years cinnamon bun workshop Saturday July 22 at 9am
Everyone will have an opportunity to view how to make dough, and also prepare a batch for the oven.
We will have organized a larger batch for the oven to sell during the workshop. The dough needs overnite and day proofing so we will have that prepared and you can participate in how these are baked as well.
Cost is $11pp and will include 2 buns to call your own. Minimum age is 8. All participants must have a ticket. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. No refunds but feel free to resell your ticket should you need to cancel.
